We offer a wide range of soft-skills training, maily developed internally by our team of experts. Our colleagues can join EBS Academy for coordinators, where they strenghten their leadership skills. Majority of our leaders have grown up at Holcim and were promoted into their roles, building on their operational expertise.

For our accounting specialists, we offer a variety of financial acumen training programs. We are proud to be certified as ACCA approved employer and we support ACCA qualification.
