WORK-LIFE BALANCE 

In majority of our roles, we work in a hybrid mode, with flexibility to spend most of our work hours from the comfort of our homes. If you love coming to the office, it is open from 6AM to 11PM and available to all, including fully remote colleagues.

Since almost 80% of our team are females, we offer a lot of flexibility in partial contracts and around 10% of our colleagues are students, who share the same freedom and flexibility as our core team.

When falling sick, we have 3 days a year with full pay coverage and freedom no-to work and the meal contribution is paid during vacation as well.

PRIME LOCATION 

Our office is in a very good location in the city center, close to public transport, bus & train station and shopping malls and our colleagues have the possibility to commute to work by bike and store it at a safe place. The best days are the Tuesday mornings company breakfast, the ice cream days and regular Health Days. Every year, we join several sport events supporting initiatives (e.g. Bike to work competition in June, Walking Challenge every spring and of course the oldest marathon in Europe - Košice Piece marathon).

VALUES IN PRACTICE 

We love the possibility to volunteer during working hours and engage into Enviro-protection initiatives during working hours.

As a team, we actively support charity at workplace and have financial appreciations at employees work anniversary. We invest into team buildings in small teams and many events regularly organized by company (e.g. on Valentine's Day). Every year, we hold a fantastic Christmas party and a Summer Rooftop Party. Throught the year, we organise a lot of various internal competitions for employees, in the fun part such as the World Bee Day Quiz with a nice prize but as well more professionals with a financial award - CPI competition.
