EBS offices located in the heart of Košice have a highly modern architecture with exposed concrete and specific elements, referring to Holcim operations and products.
Here, a staff of professionals is providing support to partner group companies in Europe from financial transactions, such as accounting, invoicing and master data maintenance to HR administration. These are concentrated in four main streams:
R2R - Record to Report
Our R2R service portfolio aims at providing financial & accounting services to the group companies to ensure accuracy & integrity of financial reporting statements as per the applicable regulatory requirements of the country. We aim at providing business with the accurate insights for informed decision making. Our service portfolio in R2R includes recording and reconciliation of books of accounts, bank & intercompany reconciliations, fixed assets, audit support in statutory audit, consolidation and reporting, direct & indirect tax activities , costing , preparation of financial statements , & period end closing, tax audit & tax center of excellence for transfer pricing etc.
O2C - Order to Cash
Our O2C service portfolio is aimed to assist the group in efficiently managing the sales & cash flows & achieving customer satisfaction by increasing productivity & reducing lead times. This portfolio includes cash application, managing revenue & discounts, assurance, credit control & debtors management.
H2R - Hire to Retire
Our H2R service portfolio supports business in attracting & retaining the motivated & talented workforce and reducing the turnover & associated costs. It includes employee life cycle, leave & time management, payroll management, recruitment & administrative activities.
CENTER OF EXCELLENCE
RPA (Intelligent Automation)
RPA ( Robotic Process Automation) supports business in service portfolios of global AP solution, data management and process mining, vision (learning OCR) application to handle digital documents, cognitive RPA development and learning bots, natural language processes to reduce language dependencies at the service centers.
COE Taxation & Consolidation
Center of Excellence (Taxation & Consolidation) function provides compliance support services to the Holcim Group companies in the field of transfer pricing and indirect taxation. The function also works towards automation of tax reporting and various tax compliance support tools. CoE also provides accounting consolidation support services.
GHAR (Reporting, Dashboards & Business Analytics) in collaboration with Global Hub Business Services
GHAR (Global Hub Analytics & Reporting) is a center of excellence as part of GHBS to help the group companies in making data driven decisions & improving business performance. GHAR team supports the internal stakeholders in development of reports, dashboards & business analytics.
Our BSC was established in 2014 and is currently providing support to customers in Germany, Italy, Switzerland, Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Spain, France, Belgium, Greece, Serbia and Azerbaijan with the vision for further growth in upcoming years.
